The problem

People want to buy. Your store gets in the way.

Most online shops lose sales in the same three places. None of them are about your products. Do any of these sound like yours?

  1. A slow, heavy theme.

Huge photos and messy code make pages crawl. On a phone, many people give up after about three seconds.

  2. Too many apps.

Pop-ups, timers and widgets pile up. Each one adds code, a monthly bill and one more thing to break.

  3. A checkout people leave.

Surprise delivery costs, extra steps and forced sign-ups. About 7 in 10 people leave a full basket behind.

Sound familiar? We’ll look at your store and show you where it loses buyers.

The fix, proven

We’ve fixed this before. Here’s one we made earlier.

The Travelwrap Company sells Scottish cashmere wraps online. We built their store on a custom theme. Each product page puts the price, the sizes, the gift extras and one clear Add to bag button in one place.

  1. 01Plan. Lots of wraps are gifts. Buyers need the price, the size and the gift options before they decide.
  2. 02Build. All of it sits beside the photos: price, Feefo reviews, two size buttons, monogram, gift wrap and a gift message.
  3. 03Launch. One clear Add to bag button finishes the job, on phones and big screens.

One product page, fixed

A short replay. Pick a step to pause it.

  1. Before (a mock-up). The price hides until you pick a size, gifts mean an email, and the button sits below the fold.
  2. The fix. One column holds everything a gift buyer needs, in the order they need it.

It’s great being able to send over a few changes and know they’ll be taken care of. Keeping the website up to date has become much easier for us.

The plan

You say yes at every step.

A typical plan for a shop with up to 200 products. You see your homepage design before you pay, and you approve each step before we move on.

  1. Plan

We learn your products, your customers and your goals. Then we agree what the store must do and design it around them.

    You get
    • A short written plan for what the store must do
    • Your homepage design, free, before you pay
    • Designs for product, collection and cart pages
  2. Build

We build your theme in Shopify’s own code, in blocks your team can edit. Then we set up the apps you need.

    You get
    • A custom theme that stays quick on phones
    • Product pages with reviews, delivery info and clear prices
    • Shopify’s checkout, with Shop Pay and Apple Pay
  3. Launch

We move your products, customers and past orders. We test every step of checkout on real phones. Then we go live and train your team.

    You get
    • Redirects, so old links and Google still find you
    • 30 days of support after launch

A fixed price. Pick a start date that suits your busy season.

Inside step 02 · Build

Most shops get four things wrong. We get them right.

These are the screens you’ll use every day: Shopify’s admin, its theme editor and its checkout. Here’s what we set up in each, and why it matters.

FAQ

Not sure yet? Fair enough.

These are the doubts we hear most, with straight answers. Can’t see yours? Ask us on a call.

A bought theme is built for everyone. Most shops then pay for apps and fixes to make it fit, and it slows down. We design for your products and your buyers, keep it quick, and handle the move, the apps and the training. You get a written, fixed quote before we start.

Shopify charges its own monthly fee, from around £25 a month. It also takes a small fee on each card payment. You pay these to Shopify, not to us. We’ll help you pick the right plan.

You own it. The Shopify account is in your name, and so is the theme we build. If you ever leave us, everything stays with you.

Yes. We move your products, photos, customers and past orders. We also set up redirects. That means old links still work, and Google still finds your pages.

Not if the move is done well. We link every old page to its new address and keep your page titles. After launch, we check Search Console, Google’s free tool for site owners, to make sure all is well.

We hear that a lot. You get a written plan and a fixed price before we start. You see your homepage design before you pay. And you approve each step before we move on, so there are no surprises at the end.

8 to 12 weeks for most shops with up to 200 products. Bigger shops and Shopify Plus builds can take longer. We agree the dates after a scoping call, and plan around your busy season.

Yes. You can add products, change prices and move homepage sections in Shopify’s editor. We train your team before launch. For bigger jobs, send them to us. Most go live the same day.

Most shops don’t. Plus is for bigger brands. Think trade prices for wholesale buyers, shops for several countries, or hundreds of orders a day. Plus builds get their own fixed quote after a scoping call. We’ll tell you honestly if you need it.

We’ve built online shops like Travelwrap and Mayfair Gallery. Those two run on Magento 2. On a call, we’ll walk you through how we’d build yours on Shopify, step by step.

You get 30 days of support included. After that, our Care plan looks after your store for one monthly fee. It covers updates, fixes and standard changes, and you can stop any time.
