Be the answerwhen people askAI tools.

More buyers now ask ChatGPT or Google’s AI before they search. We find out what those tools say about you, fix the gaps, and check every month who gets named.

TrackSee who gets named, each month
A recording of ChatGPT. Someone asks for a local business. The answer names one, with links to the sources it used, such as the business’s own website.

The problem

Buyers ask AI first. Is your name in the answer?

A search page gives ten links. An AI answer gives two or three names. If yours isn’t one of them, the buyer may never see you.

  1. AI tools can’t find the facts.

They read your website like a fast, fussy reader. If your prices, area or reviews sit in pictures or vague words, they skip you.

  2. Your details don’t match.

One address on your website. An old one on Google. When facts clash, AI plays it safe and names someone else.

  3. You can’t see it happening.

Search Console shows your Google clicks. Nothing shows you what ChatGPT says about you, or who it names instead.

Sound familiar? We’ll ask AI tools your buyers’ questions and show you who gets named.

The fix, proven

We’ve fixed this before. Here’s one we built.

Scientific Update runs conferences and training for industrial chemists. We rebuilt their website. Today every conference page tells AI tools what it is, when and where it runs, and who’s speaking, in plain words.

One question, before and after

The 57th Organic Process Research and Development Conference page on scientificupdate.com today. Under the title and the line The Leading Process Chemistry Conference, a panel lists the date, 22 to 24 March 2027, the location, San Diego, USA, the format, the Early-Bird price and a Book now button.

Before: asked which conferences a pharmaceutical process chemist should attend, the AI answer lists broad pharma events and says it can’t find details for smaller process chemistry meetings.

Conferences & trainingUKWebsite rebuild
  1. Every event, marked up as an event. Each conference page carries its name, dates, venue and speakers in its code. So AI tools know exactly what’s on, and when.
  2. One page per conference. Date, location, format, price and availability sit at the top, as plain text, not pictures.
  3. Facts AI can quote. “The Leading Process Chemistry Conference.” 22–24 March 2027, San Diego. Short and easy to repeat.

Alex has been easy to deal with throughout. He’s happy to answer questions, explains things clearly and has been really helpful whenever we’ve needed anything.

The plan

Three steps. Then we keep going.

No big launch. Steady monthly work that adds up.

  1. Audit

We ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google’s AI 40 real buyer questions. Then we read your site and listings the way those tools do.

    You get
    • Who gets named for each question, and who doesn’t
    • Every gap on your site and listings, biggest first
    • A clear plan for the first three months
  2. Fix

We fill the gaps, biggest first. Clear facts, matching details and short answers to what buyers ask.

    You get
    • Structured data on your key pages
    • Your Google profile and listings, cleaned up to match
  3. Track

We ask the same questions again and log who gets named. Then we agree next month’s work with you.

    You get
    • A one-page mention report across four AI tools
    • Visits and enquiries from AI tools, in Intelligent Analytics
    • Next month’s plan, in plain English

About 30 minutes a month from you. Rolling 30 days, no contract.

Inside step 01 · Audit

Five things AI checks. One list of fixes.

AI tools don’t rank pages. They pick names they trust. First they check what you do, whether your details match, what others say, whether they can quote you, and who else mentions you.

FAQ

Not sure yet? Fair enough.

These are the doubts we hear most, with straight answers. Can’t see yours? Ask us on a call.

More of them every month. Many people now ask ChatGPT or Google’s AI before they click a link. You don’t have to take our word for it: the audit asks your buyers’ real questions and shows you what comes back.

Yes, but they overlap. SEO (search engine optimisation) helps you rank in the list of links. AI search optimisation helps AI tools pick you for their written answer. Good SEO helps both, so many clients do the two together.

No. Be wary of anyone who says they can. Nobody controls what AI tools say. We improve the things they look for, then track the results every month, so you can see what’s changing.

Some tools, like Perplexity, can pick up changes in a few weeks. Others update more slowly. Most clients see clear movement in three to six months.

We only work on gaps we can show you, found by asking real buyer questions. Each month we ask them again, so you see what changed and what didn’t. If nothing moves, you can stop. There’s no contract.

You can, and the one-off audit gives you a ranked list to work from. Most firms hand it to us because testing four AI tools every month, writing the pages and keeping listings tidy takes time they don’t have.

Think about what one new client is worth to you. If it’s more than a few months of the plan, the sums are simple. If you’d rather start small, take the audit first and decide after.

ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews. That’s the AI summary at the top of some Google results. We can add others, like Microsoft Copilot, if your buyers use them.

Usually not. Most of the work is adding clear facts and answers to the site you already have. If your site makes that hard, we’ll tell you honestly.

Yes. The plan rolls every 30 days, with no contract. And if you’re not happy in the first 30 days, we’ll give your money back.
