What does the monthly fee cover?

Findings, fixes and measurement. Each month we look at how real visitors use your site, fix where they get stuck and measure the result. Underneath, it covers design, build, hosting, security, backups, updates and all standard changes. One price, everything handled.

What counts as a standard change?

The everyday updates a website needs, using the words, images and details you send us: prices, opening hours, updated work, reviews. Writing new content and SEO work are part of our Growth plan. Got a bigger idea? Tell us anyway and we'll give you an answer on what it would take.

How can I edit the site?

Our team is ready for any edits you'd like to make and usually completes them on the same day.

What is a Friction Audit?

It's how we start. We watch how real visitors use your website, find exactly where they get stuck, and give you a ranked list of what to fix, with a call to walk you through it.

What if I want to cancel?

It's a rolling 30 days with no contract, no notice period and no lock-in. Your site stays live until the end of the 30 days you've paid for.

I already have a website. What happens to it?

We build the new one alongside it, so nothing goes down. When you're happy, we switch it over and point your domain at the new site.
