Big catalogues
ScaleSet up to handle 100,000+ products without the admin slowing down.
Example: 4,812 products, narrowed in a blink.
We build, upgrade and look after Magento 2 stores. Think thousands of products, a price list for every trade customer, and links to the systems you already use.
The problem
A big store has lots of moving parts. When nobody looks after them, small problems pile up. Do any of these sound like your week?
Saving one product takes ages. Your team stares at a spinning wheel instead of selling.
So now nobody dares touch it. Each month you fall further behind, and the security gaps grow.
Every trade customer has their own deal. Keeping all of them right by hand is a full-time job.
Extensions are add-ons that bolt extra features on. Update one, and something else stops working.
Sound familiar? We’ll check your store and tell you what to fix first.
The fix, proven
Mayfair Gallery has sold fine antiques from South Audley Street, London, since 1975. We rebuilt their online shop on Magento 2 with a custom theme, so rare pieces look as good on a screen as they do in the room.

It’s great being able to send over a few changes and know they’ll be taken care of. Keeping the website up to date has become much easier for us.
Want the same for your store? Show us your busiest product page and we’ll tell you what we’d change first.
The plan
We check your store, then build on a copy of it. Your real shop keeps taking orders. When it’s ready, we switch over.
We look under the bonnet. The code, the extensions, the hosting, the speed, and how your team uses the admin day to day.
We build or upgrade on a private copy of your store. Your live store keeps taking orders the whole time.
We switch over in a quiet hour. Then we watch closely for 30 days, and look after the store every month.
About an hour a week from you. Pick a start date that suits your team.
Inside step 02 · Build
Magento is powerful, but it has a lot of moving parts. These are the ones we build, link up and look after. Most stores need a few. Big trade stores need them all.

ERP stands for enterprise resource planning. It’s the main system your team runs the business on, like Sage, SAP or NetSuite.
We link it to Magento so web orders drop straight in. Stock and trade prices come back on their own. No more copying orders by hand.

FAQ
These are the doubts we hear most, with straight answers. Even if the answer is “you don’t need Magento”.
Honestly, many stores are better off on Shopify. It costs less to run and is easier to keep up to date. Magento makes sense when you have a very big catalogue, lots of trade price lists, tricky rules, or deep links to systems like your ERP. We build both, so we’ll tell you straight which one fits. See our Shopify development page too.
Because a big store does a lot. Trade prices, links to your systems and moving thousands of products all need care. You get a fixed price after the health check, before any work starts. If we spot extra work, we ask you first.
No. We do all the work on a private copy of your store. Your live store keeps trading. When everything passes our tests and yours, we switch over in a quiet hour. That usually takes minutes, and we keep a way back ready.
Yes, we do this a lot. We start with a health check. We look at the code, the extensions and the hosting, then tell you in plain words what’s fine and what needs fixing. No blame, and no surprise bills.
No. Support is rolling 30 days, with no long contract. Your store, its code and its data stay yours.
They can, and we’re happy to work alongside them. Many teams bring us in for the risky parts, like upgrades and system links, and keep day-to-day changes in house.
They share the same core. Magento Open Source is free to use. Adobe Commerce is the paid version, sold by Adobe. It adds extra B2B tools, support and its own cloud hosting, but the yearly licence is costly. Many trade businesses do very well on Open Source plus a few good extensions. We work with both.
Magento needs strong hosting. Cheap shared hosting will make it slow. We set you up on managed UK hosting made for Magento, with daily backups and security checks. The cost depends on your traffic, so we quote it with your plan. We can also work with your current host, or with Adobe’s cloud.
Security patches as soon as they come out, checks that your store is up day and night, extension updates and a set number of hours for changes each month. Most changes go live the same day. It’s rolling 30 days, so there’s no long contract.
Yes. Once they log in, they see their own prices on every page. They can also order fast by typing product codes, ask for a quote, and pay on account. Their price lists can come straight from your ERP, so they’re always right.
