A short form about your business, your pages and your domain, and you set up the £100 a month. That first payment is what starts the build.

We build your site
Every page, homepage included: your services, your prices, contact, whatever your customers need. We write the words and sort the photos.
When you say you're happy
You check it, then it goes live
You get a link to the whole site and tell us what to change. No limit on that, and no charge for it. Then we connect your domain, keep your email working and look after the site from then on.

The questions people actually ask
What happens when I click the button?
Nothing is charged on that form. You're telling us you want to go ahead, and we email you within one working day with a couple of questions about your business. The money comes at onboarding, not before.
When do I pay, and what for?
You set up the £100 a month during onboarding, and the first month is taken then. That payment is what starts the build. It covers the whole thing: design, build, hosting and every standard change, for as long as you stay with us.
Can I change the design?
Yes, all of it. We build a first version and you tell us what's wrong with it. The words, the photos, the colours and the layout can all change, and changing them is part of the price.
Who owns the website and the domain?
You do. If you already have a domain it stays yours and stays in your name. If you leave, the site is yours to take with you, and we'll help you move it.
What if I want to cancel?
Just say so. There's no contract and no lock-in; your site stays live until the end of the month you've paid for.
What counts as a standard change?
The everyday things a website needs: words, images, prices, opening hours, new pages. Got a bigger idea? Tell us anyway and we'll give you an honest answer on what it would take.
I already have a website. What happens to it?
We build the new one alongside it, so nothing goes down. When you're happy, we switch it over and point your domain at the new site. Your email keeps working throughout.
Do I have to keep it updated myself?
There's nothing for you to edit, and that's the point. Message us with what you want changed and we'll do it, usually the same day.
